Refund policy

1. Cancellation

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


2. Returns


We offer a "no-hassle" return policy. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product that has been used is not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We're sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. Shipping back expense will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.


4. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ghosthornfishing.com.

5. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are not returnable.
